Wellness Wednesday - Weight loss Journey

Hey loves, coming to you with my weight loss update. Sorry it's so late, but such is life. As you know, two weeks ago I started on a path to be more productive on weight loss journey. Last night I stopped at Bed, Bath, And Beyond and picked up one of those scales that measure your weight, body mass, water weight and something else. I had a scale at home, but I wanted an update scale like the one I purchased. Two weeks ago I stated my starting weight was 256lb, however, when I weighed myself I was fully clothed. This morning before I got dressed and put anything in my belly, I stepped on the scale an it read 258lb (side not...I'm blotted and Mother Nature paid a visit today). I will say my weight prior to this was probably 253lb without clothes.

I haven't really gotten into gear like I need to, but I have started moving. At work I walk at least one mile on my breaks. I get two 15min breaks and I walk 1/2 mile each. I have also been making breakfast at home for the most part and bringing my lunch to work. That's has helped some. I also go walking on Saturday with my BGR crew. On Saturday, I get in my 4 miles. I think I will step it up next week and walk and extra mile during my lunch. I'm not a morning person and I need to get it in when and where I can.
