Product Love - Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Bath Products

Image
As we enter into the Winter months, it's very important for me to maintain my healthy and glowing skin. I have been doing that lately with Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Foaming Milk and Body Wash and the Coconut & Hibiscus Bath, Body, and Massage Oil. I have been using these two products faithfully since November and I can honestly say they are quality bath products. Wellness Wednesday - Progress on my journey

Merry Christmas to you all!!! I coming to you all real quick to give you an update on my weight loss journey. I haven't changed much of my routine as of yet. Last week, I went to the doctor because I had conjunctivitis, aka "pink eye". Of course I had to check my weight and I weigh 254.4 lbs. I don't know if this is an increase or decrease...but I want it to change. When I'm at work, I walk about 2 miles, and when I can, I also walk when I get home from work. The steps are tracked automatically, but I have to enter my daily food intake. I have been averaging 8000 - 10000+ steps per day, which is 3 - 4+ miles a day. This helps me out so much, because my daily goal is to take 10000 steps. Some days I reach my goals, most I come really close. I need to work on my diet and I would like to get down to 2000 calorie...

However, most tend to spend money they don't have out of obligation because of Christmas. I'm here to tell you, DON'T DO IT!!!  Christmas is not about who can buy the most expensive gifts or who received what. It's about spending time with your family and friends and enjoying the moment.  In today's society the message has gotten lost along the way, but it's up to us to set a standard and live by it. This message is for all the parents and caretakers in the world....KNOW YOUR LIMITS. Here a few tips to help you for next year or anytime you need to prepare for a large ticket items.  If you are not financially able to afford lots a gifts, focus on the one thing your child really wants. A system that works in my home is the Wish List. The kids make a list and it is up to me and my husband to choo...
