Wellness Wednesday - On the right track
Hey loves, coming to you with a quick update. So as you know, I've been on my journey to be a healthier me. I use an app on my phone to track my steps and food intake. This helps me be accountable for getting my steps in daily. I've been walking just about everyday since Dec 16th.
The walking is staying to pay off as I'm down 1.2lbs, bringing my weight to 253.3lb. I know it's not a huge drop, but it is moving downward. I would like to meet with a nutritionist to help me come up with a meal plan cause ya girl can eat and I love food, lol.
So my new goal is to lose 2-3lb a week and come up with a meal plan to help my health journey. I have to cut back on sweets and my favorite, Big Red soda, lol. What are some tips you can share with me to help me along my journey? Until next time...Stay Healthy and Fabulous.
