Wellness Wednseday - Couch to 5K

 I stepped on the scale this morning and I am happy to announce that I am down to 246.3lbs. That's a total of 8.1lbs since December. I will start my WalkB4URun training which is Black Girls Run version of Couch25K. If you are interested in participating in a BGR event, please check out them out here.

It's been a while since I have been able to run consistently for over 2 miles and the training plan is designed to get me there. I'm still walking at work during my breaks and this week I have included 2lb weights for each hand. I am also doing my monthly detox, however, I have not been as consistent as I should be. I cheated on Monday and today, but I will get back on track tomorrow until the 31st.

I have decided that I would like to weigh 200lbs by the first day of my trip to St. Martin for my 40th birthday. I have until June 21 to get there. By incorporating the WBUR training and a healthy, consistent diet, I can get there. What are your fitness goals to a healthier, lighter you? Until next time....Stay Healthy and Fabulous!!!!
