Wellness Wednesday - Staying Focused

Hey loves!!! Coming in with a quick check in to let you know how I'm doing. For the month of May I'm trying the Pescatarian Diet. So far so good....

The Pescatarian diet is very similar to a Vegetarian diet except you fish or seafood. If you like you can include dairy and eggs. I have chosen to include them in my diet. This is a great diet for me because I LOVE seafood, but the real objective is to eat more vegetables. I have been eating more veggies and one of meals a day contains seafood. This has really motivated me to stay consistent in watching what I eat and portion control.
