Well there's a site I love doing most of my shopping from named www.mypoints.com This site is great because you earn points just from clicking on store websites through the Mypoints link, and BAM you have earn points just from shopping ( you know, 'the thing you were already doing anyway). Hello to all my Fabulous Urban People!!! This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Nzuri Natural Hair Expo in Houston TX. This was a two day event that took place on December 10-11, 2011. This was my first time attending and I had a blast. I'm sure some of you are thinking, "Dang she went all the way to Houston for a hair expo?", and the answer would be yes I did. Anytime I have the chance to attend a hair expo and a natural one at that, I'm there. The natural hair scene in Austin isn't as big as it is in Houston or Dallas, so I travel. The top sponsor of the event were Miss Jessie's Co-founders and Owners , Titi and Miko Branch. Can I say I love these ladies!!! The are New Yorkers all day from Bed Stey. Not only were they friendly and approachable, they were also easy to relate to. They shared their story from the beginning to where they are now as a brand...very inspiring ladies.
